List of courses for scholarship and application form both are attached to
mail and instructions to fill this form are given below. Generally these
forms are submitted at respective schools/colleges. The cheques are sent to
the Institute for the sanctioned candidates who have not sent the bank
details.

Muslim Girls Scholarship
Online applications are invited for the selection for the Muslim Girls Scholarship from Keralite Muslim Girl students, who have joined first year class of Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional and Technical courses conducted by Government/ Aided institution and Universities in Kerala.
NGO-Prerana
If you have come across any bright students coming from poor financial background who have finished their 10th standard this year (April 2009) and scored more than 80%,
please ask them to contact the NGO-Prerana (supported by Infy foundation).
The NGO is conducting a written test and those who clear the test will be eligible for financial help for their further studies.

Friends of Children(FOC)
A similar work is done by another NGO called Friends of Children (FOC) in Pune.
You can contact the FOC Pune office number at 65001445. They are open on all days except Thursdays from 10am to 5pm . The application forms are available at the office and the last day for filling the forms is 15th July.
Application criteria
Ø Student should have passed 10th with a minimum of 70%
Ø Student annual family income should not exceed 60,000.
Selection process
Ø First all application forms will be scanned and based on the number of applications received the minimum percentage criteria might change
Ø A home visit is done by the volunteers to the students home to access need
Ø A personal interview is conducted with the student.
Ø After he passes all the process he is selected for sponsorship.
